Dear guests,

Filling out this form intends to confirm your attendance on two days of events:

Welcome Party – Friday September 11th, 2026 (day before the wedding): 12pm to 4pm (*) – Boat trip in Tejo River, with lunch (transportation will be provided, with starting and ending point in a place to be designated in Estoril).

Wedding – Saturday September 12th, 2026: Ceremony will start at 4:30 pm (*) at Arriba by the sea, in Guincho, Cascais (transportation will be provided, with starting and ending point in a place to be designated in Estoril).

For us it is very important that you confirm your attendance as soon as possible, if possible, by February 15th, 2026, to organize all the logistics, as most of the guests are coming from abroad.

Request for Authorization to Use Image

I authorize the use of my image, voice, and/or personal likeness recorded during the events of September 11th and September 12th, 2026, for the purposes indicated below:

(A) Authorization for the Couple

I allow the couple to use my image for disclosure exclusively on their personal social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).

(B) Authorization for Event Vendors

I allow the vendors involved in the event (photography/filming, decoration, catering, event planning, among others) to use my image for institutional and/or commercial purposes, including: social media, websites, portfolios, digital or printed promotional materials
